What it is
The Korg Minilogue, released in 2016, brought genuine polyphonic analog synthesis to an accessible price and became one of the best-selling modern synths. This is a current, solidly built synth, so used buying is low-risk — the main thing is knowing which one you're getting: the original Minilogue and the Minilogue XD differ meaningfully in features and price, and titles sometimes just say Minilogue. On any unit, check the keys and the encoders (heavily used ones can wear), confirm the sequencer and all four voices work, and make sure it includes the correct power supply. Because these are recent, firmware is usually not an issue, but it's worth confirming the unit powers up cleanly and holds its patches.
